Asked Questions
What can AbsoluteMedicalSolutions.com do for me?
AbsoluteMedicalSolutions.com arranges for you to
receive professional medical services, giving you privacy and convenience. These
services include a review of your medical questionnaire, your medical records
and a medical consultation to determine which, if any, medications may be
suitable and proper for you.
Where kind of expenses are involved for this services?
The charge for the review of your
medical records and the consultation is $195.00. You also pay for the
medications and the delivery charges according to the price lists.
Why do you need my medical records?
These records assist the medical professionals in evaluating your condition, and along with the consultation, enable them to assist in helping you. Also they substantiate your medical condition.
This medical process is not diagnostic
and is not designed to evaluate the condition of your health from the statement
of your symptoms; that’s what your regular doctors are for.
How will I find out how I can be helped?
During your telephone consultation you may discuss your situation with the medical professional and have your questions answered, including the appropriateness of various drugs.
At the end of your consultation you can find out which drugs are being prescribed for your use.
Simply click on “NEW MEMBERS” for full instructions.
You will be required to complete the registration, fill out the medical questionnaire provided, submit your medical records via fax (Fax 561-526-1025) as instructed including a government issued photo ID showing your birth date, review the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the PRIVACY STATEMENT, and acknowledge your review and acceptance. At that time the consultation can be scheduled.
Your consultation can usually be scheduled within one day after your documentation has been received
The prescriptions can usually be fulfilled and deposited for next day delivery by the pharmacy if your prescription is received early enough.
Consultations are not scheduled on Sundays or holidays, and deliveries are not made on Sundays (Saturday delivery is available to many areas for an additional charge).
How long is my prescription good for?
Upon your consultation, the team of Dr’s & PA’s will write your initial prescription for up to 2 refills. A refill may not be requested until 30 days after the previous medications have been received. After the initial prescription and two refills have been received your medical history must be updated including a new consultation.
Prescriptions are forwarded to a specific pharmacy and cannot be transferred. Absolute Medical Solutions is not a pharmacy.

I received my package and there were pills missing. What do I do? Inspect your package immediately before signing for it. If you suspect anything unusual about it, DO NOT sign for it and refuse acceptance of delivery. Once it is signed for, you are responsible for that package. If damage was done, you must contact the shipper, not the pharmacy or us. Before the pharmacy sends out your medication, it is counted and initialed at least three times before final packaging is done. If pills are missing after the package has been signed for, you will need to contact your local police department and shipper. We cannot replace medication that is claimed missing or crushed. The pharmacy must account for all controlled substances in stock by law. |
